The existing building is an early 20th century masterpiece in the French Country style by Willing, Sims, and Talbot. The clients wanted a Master Plan for renovations that included a new modern kitchen and adjacent mudroom, home offices, new kid's bedrooms, playroom, and gym.    The kitchen, mudroom, home offices, and kid's rooms have been completed so far.
